We realize that our customers are concerned about personal and credit card information security. We are committed to protecting your privacy and have taken the following steps to assure that your information is as secure as possible
(1) We do not lease, loan, rent, or sell any information regarding customers.
(2) We employ a highly secured encrypted server to transmit our internet orders.
(3) All credit card information is highly encrypted. As an additional security measure,
we are only permitted to see the last 4 digits of your credit card number.
Duties and Taxes
The Delta Propeller Company is required by law to charge sales tax in any state we have a physical location. Any order shipping to the State of Ohio will incur a 7% sales tax. We are currently offering no sales tax in all states excluding Ohio.
For International Shipping please be informed that customs policies vary widely from country to country and you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. To inquire about any duties and taxes you may incur, check with the customs department in your country about it's current policies. The Delta Propeller Company is not responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties or other taxes charged by your country's customs department.
Unused items, returned within 30 days of purchase, are subject to 20% restocking fee, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. No returns on used items, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. No returns on special orders. No returns on inboard or sail boat propellers. No returns after 30 days of purchase. All returns require prior authorization (RGA#). All returns must be in original packaging, in new condition, and include copy of invoice. We reserve the right to deny any return, or purchase thru our web site, due to reasons of fraud, malice, or trickery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non refundable. To obtain an RGA # contact customer service department (877) 238-8214.
The original manufacture warrants defective products. The Delta Propeller Company does not imply or express any guarantee or warranty other than what is provided by original manufacture. All warranty claims must be directed to manufacture.
All items are carefully packed and in good condition when shipped. If damage occurs during shipping, claims must be made with the carrier, not The Delta Propeller Company. Shortages and errors must be reported within 7(seven) days of receiving order. Most items are shipped within 24 hours. Shipping time depends upon shipping method selected.
